1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you use The Parking Deals website, request a quote, create an account, make a booking, contact support, or use any related service. By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

The Parking Deals is a trading name of Air Travel Extras Limited. In these terms, "The Parking Deals", "we", "us", and "our" mean the website and booking service. "You" means the customer, passenger, driver, or person making or using a booking.

2. Our Role

We operate an airport parking comparison and booking platform. We help customers compare and book parking services supplied by third-party parking providers, including meet and greet, park and ride, and other airport parking services.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, we are not the parking operator and we do not park, store, drive, maintain, guard, or insure your vehicle. The parking provider is responsible for providing the parking service described in your booking confirmation.

3. Booking Information

You must provide accurate and complete booking information, including your name, email address, phone number, airport, terminal, drop-off and return details, flight information where requested, vehicle registration, and any special requirements.

You are responsible for checking all booking details before payment and again when you receive confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong. Incorrect details may cause delays, refusal of service, extra charges, or cancellation.

4. Prices and Availability

Quotes are based on the information you provide and the availability and pricing supplied by parking providers. Prices may change until payment is completed and the booking is confirmed.

The total price shown at checkout includes the parking package and any selected extras shown on the booking page. Airport access charges, congestion charges, waiting charges, late arrival charges, or other provider-specific fees may apply where stated by the provider or caused by changes to your travel arrangements.

5. Payment

Payment is taken online at checkout through our payment processor. We do not ask you to send card details by email, chat, or WhatsApp. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been accepted and a confirmation has been issued.

If a payment is declined, interrupted, reversed, or flagged for fraud checks, we may pause, cancel, or refuse the booking. You must not make an unjustified chargeback. If you believe a payment is wrong, contact us first so we can investigate.

6. Confirmation and Instructions

After successful payment, we will send booking confirmation and arrival instructions to the email address supplied. It is your responsibility to read the confirmation and follow the provider's instructions, including meeting points, contact numbers, timing, key handover steps, and return procedures.

Keep your booking reference and provider contact details available during travel. If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam folder and contact us promptly.

7. Customer Accounts

Some booking features require a customer account. You must keep your login details secure and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being misused, used fraudulently, used to disrupt the website, or used in breach of these terms.

8. Amendments

If you need to change your booking, contact us as early as possible with your booking reference. Amendments are subject to provider availability, package rules, notice periods, and any price difference or administration charge.

Changes to dates, times, terminal, vehicle, flight details, or passenger contact information are not guaranteed until confirmed by us or the provider.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation rules depend on the parking provider, package type, selected extras, and cancellation cover purchased at checkout. If cancellation cover is offered and selected, the refund rules shown for that cover will apply. Without cancellation cover, a reduced refund or no refund may apply depending on the provider terms and timing.

To request cancellation, contact us with your booking reference. A booking is not cancelled until we confirm cancellation. Refunds, where due, will normally be returned to the original payment method. Payment processing times are controlled by banks and payment providers.

No refund is normally available if you fail to arrive, arrive too late for the provider to perform the service, provide materially incorrect information, use part of the service, or cancel after the provider's cut-off period.

10. Your Responsibilities at the Car Park or Terminal

  • Arrive at the agreed time and contact the provider using the details in your confirmation.
  • Make sure your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, insured, and has enough fuel or battery for necessary movement by the provider.
  • Remove valuables, cash, travel documents, house keys, and fragile items from the vehicle.
  • Tell the provider about alarms, immobilisers, trackers, dashcams, unusual controls, or mechanical issues.
  • Inspect your vehicle at handover and return, and report any concern to the provider before leaving the terminal or car park.

11. Vehicle Risk and Liability

Parking is at your own risk and is subject to the parking provider's terms. The provider is responsible for its own acts and omissions. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, missed flights, missed connections, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, or indirect losses caused by a provider, airport operation, traffic, weather, airline disruption, security incident, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Complaints and Damage Claims

If you have a complaint about the parking service, raise it with the provider immediately and contact us with your booking reference, photos, documents, and a clear description of the issue. Vehicle damage claims should be reported before leaving the car park or terminal wherever possible, as later claims can be difficult for providers to investigate.

We will help pass information between you and the provider, but provider-side complaints and claims remain subject to the provider's investigation, evidence requirements, insurance position, and terms.

13. Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, interfere with security, submit false bookings, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Website content, branding, text, design, and imagery are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal booking purposes only. You must not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit the website without permission.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes are subject to availability, expiry dates, minimum spend, package restrictions, and any stated conditions. We may refuse, withdraw, or correct a discount code if it is invalid, expired, misused, or applied due to a technical error.

15. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including airport disruption, road closures, severe weather, strikes, flight changes, power or internet failure, payment processor outages, provider failure, public health measures, government action, or security incidents.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown on the website when you make a booking will apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to you.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
